Return & Refund Policy

We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow the guidelines below.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Contact us at mybloomingbaby.com by emailing us at support@mybloomingbaby.com or calling us at 866-218-7143 for RMA (return merchant authorization) assistance. Our customer service team will provide you with a RMA number in which you will want to have noted in or on the returned package.

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  2. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

  1. Final sale, clearance, and seasonal/holiday items.

  2. Mystery sale items.

  3. Items that have been in a baby's mouth (for hygienic reasons).

Refund & Replacement Policy

  1. Lost Packages: If your package has not been marked as delivered 14 business days after the ship date, we will issue a refund or replacement.

  2. Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 45 business days with proof of purchase and photos of the issue. We will gladly replace or refund the item.

  3. Other Refund Requests: Refunds for reasons outside of the above cases will be reviewed by our customer service team on a case-by-case basis.

Additional Information

  1. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  2. We can only process returns for purchases made directly through our website. If you purchased through another retailer, please contact them for assistance.
