Has my order shipped?
As soon as your order has been processed to ship, you will receive an email with tracking information. We do our best to send out orders the same or the next business day after they are received. It can take up to 24 hours for tracking to post so if you don't see immediate progress, please be patient and check back again soon!
How long does it take to ship?
We strive to process orders on the same or the next business day after they are placed. However, please allow up to two business days for order processing. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please note that tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear. If there is no immediate progress, we kindly ask for your patience and recommend checking back later. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays. Due to global shipping conditions and increased package volumes, transit times may be longer than usual and are beyond our control.
